Not customer results. This is the process itself, before and after.

Approving and signing

The right draft, the right approver, then the signature.

Dropie handles the steps between collecting details and filing the signed copy. Your client gets one link.

Illustrative process example. Adapt the steps and approvals to your team.

Before

How the process runs today

A draft goes out by email. The approver changes a value and sends a new copy. The client signs the earlier one. Someone compares the versions, asks for another signature and puts the result in a shared folder.

The anatomy

Every handoff, and what sends it backwards

Read the last column first. That is where the chasing starts.

What was built

The same process, with the chasing taken out

The highlighted rows still need a person. That is the point.

Human approval

The highlighted rows still need a person. That is the point.

Not customer results. This is the process itself, before and after.

What it refuses to do

What we would check before turning it on

Approval is still your decision

The process gets the draft to the right person. It does not decide whether the terms are right.

Signature requirements

Check the requirements for this document with your legal adviser.

One process is a good place to start

Choose one task you would like to stop chasing. Build it with your documents, on your terms.
