What's the difference between seats and guests?
Seats are members of your team who log in and work in Dropie — each plan includes a set number, with extra seats billed per month. Guests are external people you invite into a dataroom to view or collaborate; they don't count as seats. Professional includes 10 guests per room, Business 50, and Enterprise unlimited.
Why is Enterprise quote-based?
Enterprise is priced on your scope — data residency, compliance commitments, SLAs and integration needs — not on seat count. Contracts start from roughly €54k/year and are tailored after a short scoping call.
How does annual billing work?
Pay annually and you get 2 months free — Professional works out to €250/mo (€3,000/yr) and Business to €1,667/mo (€20,000/yr). Monthly billing is available on card; annual can be paid by card or invoice.
What happened to the free plan?
We have retired the free tier. Every new account now starts with a full-featured 14-day Professional trial — no credit card required. Existing free accounts keep access during a transition period.
Can I change or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, and we'll help you stay within the new plan's limits before the switch.
